One informal phone call, one formal virtual interview. Both went fine, but then I was completely ghosted even though I reached out for feedback multiple times. My understanding is that the team was almost completely vacant and the manager was new so maybe things were disorganized as a result, but ultimately it wasn’t a good experience and left a bad taste in my mouth.
