I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Marlborough, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Initial phone screen with recruiter followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager. Next round was in person with 6 people either on site or via video conference. Followed up multiple times with recruiter who kept saying they will get back to me by the end of the week. I stopped following up after a few weeks. Very unprofessional to not close the loop.

Common questions about my background and qualifications
Applied online, got a call from HR. After the HR interview, more appointments were scheduled for multiple rounds of video interviews with various leaders including the Hiring Manager. The process took a downhill from there. To start with, the Hiring Manager was late by 15 minutes which in itself was unprofessional by all means. The discussion itself was mediocre, not intended to find the right candidate for this position, but riddled with unprofessionalism. This was uncalled for considering the level of Senior management that was involved in the process and biases that were both conscious and subconscious knowing some of the interviewers background. One of the interviewers left the discussion mid way saying that he had another meeting.
Sure signs of an unhealthy environment. In hind sight I am wondering if I would have been able to work with this team even if I were hired.
