1st Interview was over the phone with a 3rd party recruiter. 2nd Interview was phone screening with the company. 3rd (final) Interview was a business case presentation for new product launch, where they had me fly to a neighboring country since the hiring manager was flying the following day. The case was presented to the Regional business director & the HR manager whom have insisted to take a soft copy of the ppt. The face to face interview went on very smooth mainly with competencies based questions from HR side. Then I delivered the presentation. All questions were answered, they were mainly about market dynamics & regulations in the region.
Unfortunately, the feedback I received was disappointing, because the 3rd party recruiter was trying to get rid of replying me for around 3 weeks. The only feedback he had was that they have mentioned that I have junior experience despite I perfectly match with the hiring criteria. It came to my knowledge that they did the same with 2 other candidates with the same outcome & the post was not filled.
Sometimes you’d think that no such post did exist in the first place !
