I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Scientific
Interview
I've had five separate interviews for five separate FCR jobs with five separate people. All interviews went great and I was told that I could expect to hear something in a week or two. I followed-up with all interviewers with a thank you email and then never heard from anyone ever again. No "yes, lets move forward", no "sorry we're going with someone else." Just crickets.

Question 1
Why do you think you can be an asset to this team?
Interview process was informative and personable. Introduced to the team and got to know the manager very well. The environment felt welcoming and a successful learning experience. I began through introductory connection calls and was reached back out to when a position became available. I appreciated that they remembered me and thought of I position I would do well in.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2024
Interview
Interview process included 3 interviews and a ride along, as well as a final in person interview. Had to know product information for the final interview- the more the better. It went smoothly and you hear back in adequate time.
Very long process about 4 months. I interviewed will multiple members of the field team and the common theme was just to see if I would be a good fit personality wise. This role required me to be outgoing, self driven, and professional.
