Easy questions, straight forward. They basically asked about my background, education and 5 year/ 10 year plan. They mostly talked to me about the lab, science and research and gave me a tour of the facilities. I met with the physician, nurse and manager. I also spoke with students in the lab while i waited in between interviews.
