Interview
I was called in for two face-to-face interviews. They asked me about my restaurant experience and my reasons for leaving my previous restaurant job, and more specifically about my wine knowledge and the extent of my fine dining experience. Got caught off guard when they asked me specific questions about wine regions and specific varietals.
