My interview experience with Boutiqaat was not positive and felt quite unprofessional. The overall interview quality was poor. In the very first round, the interviewer asked several irrelevant questions that were not aligned with the role or required skill set. I had three rounds with the Engineering Manager, and during these rounds, the interviewer repeatedly left the interview to attend phone calls or respond to messages. At times, I was asked to wait while they handled other matters. This lack of focus made the interview feel disorganized and disrespectful of the candidate’s time. An interview often reflects the company’s work culture and internal environment, and based on this experience, it raised serious concerns for me. Overall, there was a clear lack of professionalism, and the behavior observed during the interview process suggests that the internal work environment may not be well-structured. ❌ Not recommended based on my interview experience.
