I applied in-person. I interviewed at Bowdoin College (Brunswick, ME) in Sept 2022
Interview
Simple and straightforward, they asked genuine questions about why I wanted to work in the store and listened / took my answers into consideration. I felt both heard and able to express what I wanted out of the job and space.
Virtual or in-person, plus a two minute video option means it’s incredibly accessible. You should definitely say yes to any opportunities to interview, even if you don’t think you are the best at interviewing.

Question 1
Tell us about a book or movie you’ve consumed recently?
Waited 2 weeks to hear back after applying. If interested, they'll set up an interview over Zoom. Fairly short but slightly rushed 30 minutes. Was allowed to ask questions at the end with next steps
