You have to download their training app and use it for your interview. Make sure you have your phone/tablet stationary and lit using a selfie arm and light combo (look on Amazon). Test your equipment before you begin in the "me" section of the app.

"Would you like to join BOXFiSH?" - that is literally what they asked me in the first minute because I know what I am doing, am confident, and went into the interview in my "teacher" persona.
