One 30 minute interview with the hiring manager, and a second interview with the hiring manager and two other execs from the marketing team. The first was virtual and the second was in person. I was surprised at the unprofessionalism of the HR executives and "compensation team", and disrespect with which I was treated as a prospective employee. I will say the recruiter who I communicated with was kind, and I feel bad for them for having to put up with the higher ups who made this process so unpleasant.
After receiving an informal offer, it took them 10 days to contact me. They offered me pay significantly below my expectations, refused to increase it and then offered me a sign on bonus (no dollar amount). They then changed their mind about the sign on bonus (after another 5 day waiting period) and sent me an offer with the original low pay. The process was disappointing but unfortunately not surprising, given their reputation in the community. To HR and compensation team: I would highly recommend you take a hard look at your hiring processes and how you treat people who want to work for your organization.
