I was recommended for a vacant position by a current employee. I was first approached by the employee to gage my interest level, once I confirmed that I was interested it was a relatively short process. I believe I attended 3 different interviews. The interview focused on my strengths and weaknesses along with my prior work experiences. It was fair and conducted professionally.
