HR contacted me for an interview, the whole process took 2 weeks. The interviewer seemed very disinterested and distracted during the video call, he was turning camera on and off multiple times (very distracting and almost attention grabbing) during the interview and looks very displeased and disturbed. I lost interest very soon into the interview because they seem like they genuinely does not care. Huge red flag then the interviewer talked about how low the turnover rate it, that’s when you know people come and go quickly. The company gives off very cliquey and toxic vibe. Very relived that I dodged a bullet or I shall say they dodged a bullet on my behalf.
