I applied through university. I interviewed at Brain Zoo Studios
Interview
The interview had very little energy in it. The interviewer felt half checked out. I felt like I had to carry out the interview. There was little to no structure. It felt unprepared. Perhaps this is the norm but seemed a little low energy to me. Overall pretty neutral.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Brain Zoo Studios (Van Nuys, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
Very quick and painless interview. They were very organized and the producer knew exactly what she wanted. I was interviewed by two animation supervisors who knew more specifics about what I would be doing, and that was great. It's always good to talk to the artists to see what you're up for.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brain Zoo Studios (Van Nuys, CA) in Aug 2008
Interview
Hiring was conducted at the studio, in the HR office. The interviewer asked simple questions regarding my background in Maya, and being able to not only work on my own, but to also take direction from their Tech Directors. It was simple enough.
