2 interviews, portfolio review, met President and CReative Director. Simple process, mostly based on energy and instinct for team collaboration and fit. Met entire team, very welcoming. Did portfolio review and answered marketing strategy questions - not super focused on healthcare details but curious about interest and commmittment. At that time the Mkt team valued outside perspectives.
