I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brakes Plus (Mesa, AZ) in Jan 2019
Interview
Spoke with the regional manager a few times over the phone, and then once I get to Phoenix which is where I'll be relocating. He flips the script and then says I'll be meeting with one of his managers (he failed to mention he doesn't work or do anything professional on weekends apparently) So I get to the location and meet with the manager, usual bs interview and at the end asks how much I make right now (in Los Angeles) then makes the remark that I'll be making nowhere close to the same money in Arizona. Which is odd since their job posting claims you'll make around my same salary depending on experience, which I have plenty of.
