Branch Associate Integration Engineer interview questions

I applied online. The process took a month. The process was thorough, with the HR team being highly engaging. They ensured I was well-prepared before each round, providing details such as the round's duration, the interview panel's LinkedIn profiles, evaluation criteria, and additional open-source material for my preparation. What stood out about Branch was their punctuality; interviews started and ended on time, which was a refreshing change. Before each round, interviewers explained what they were seeking, and results were promptly communicated within 24 hours. HR also stayed in touch during breaks between rounds to ensure I was prepared for the next stage. Main key for interview is you should understand Branch's basic technology toughly.

The overall interview lasted for 3-4 weeks once I received a call from the HR post getting shortlisted. There will be 6 total rounds including HR screening to Bar Raiser rounds, but not limited to it. Although overall interviews may seem to be lengthy and prolonged, it's a good experience for you and your employer to get to know each other and assess the skillset that you bring to the table.
