He appears to have complete control over all Customer Success Manager (CSM) decisions at Brandlock, making it a risky choice for anyone considering this role. His approach towards candidates felt demeaning, almost as if he expected them to plead for the job. Brandlock may attract candidates with a high salary, but be warned—they are known to terminate employees abruptly, without notice. Think twice before accepting an offer here."
