I got a call from the Junior HR. The second call was from the HR head. The third round was of making a presentation & submitting it to them to qualify for the final round with the director.

Describe how you have managed Account Management and Client Servicing. What tools do you know, and how many industry contacts do you have? Additionally, they asked me whether I would be open to doing some sales & cold calls as well, if needed, since they did not have a structured sales team.
