Brandywine Senior Living interview questions

Great interview process. Well conducted and I felt content after meeting with the Director. Really enjoyed the process and hope to get an offer in the near future. Recommend interviewing with this company

Applied online through LinkedIn. Company recruiter reached out to me to set up an in person interview at the building. It was a hour drive for me. I showed up early and was given a tour of the building by the Marketing Coordinator. At my scheduled interview time, I met with the company recruiter. We had a very nice hour and fifteen minute interview/conversation. She told me I was a great fit for the position and would be pushing me through the process to meet with the CEO. I was told I would hear from her on a day and time for the following week, this was on a Friday. I emailed her a "thank you for the opportunity" and never heard a word back. I waited a few more days and sent her another message, crickets. That was over 3 weeks ago. Totally ghosted! How very unprofessional and disappointing. If that is how they treat candidates, I couldn't imagine actually being their employee.
