Interview
Really easy questions. Limited research or knowledge required. They like to take on people under 18 so they can pay tiny wages for basically what is slave labour. Interview lasted 20 minutes maximum and was not challenging, not difficult, and not interesting. Interviewer was intimidating and unfriendly. I wore boots and jeans and they did not care as long as they were black.
1 Face 2 Face meeting, they ask you about your background, what experience you have in retail. What hours you can work, etc. Overall process was pretty easy, as long as you are confident and not too shy.

I handed my CV in and received a call a few days later inviting me to an interview.The interviewer was very friendly and laid back.At first they just asked me questions about myself and things on my CV. They asked some more questions, followed by asking me to try and sell them some shoe care products
