Two interviews. The first interview was standard, easy questions. Second interview was with the CEO of one of the companies, who was rude, made me feel like I was wasting her time, and just didn't seem bothered.

Interview
I met with the people manager and people coordinator. The interview was remote via teams and lasted around 30 minutes. They asked some basic questions around my CV and some scenario based questions. After the interview, I was completely ghosted by them and was never given any feedback. I think this is really poor for a people team who should set the standard for the candidate experience. It’s fine if it’s a no but at least make candidates aware and respect the time they put in for interviews.

Long winded, took ages to get a response from the team. Had 2 x informal calls and a task to complete, which took a long time to get done, and then feedback took 2 weeks!
