TERRIBLE. They were not interested in you as a person, a 6 hour "interview" but not one question about yourself, your skills, your personality (despite the invitation email stating the day was about that). I was extremely disappointed, were treated terribly, given task after task in a room with the group then sent in one by one with no feedback or comments made by the interviewers, therefore coming across like they didn't care about people. I was shocked and disappointed at a brand who presents itself a certain way then would treat interviewees like cattle, to come out of an interview realizing they know absolutely nothing about you after investing a whole day isn't acceptable.

AWFUL recruitment process. Standard initial telephone interview. Followed by the strangest recruitment day. Tasks sat in a room next to each other, where you are interrupted in each one to go out and present the last task to the interviewers. You were given a few minutes and then the door was knocked for you to hurry up to let the next person in!!! There was not enough time to present back and the “interview” part was about 2 questions. Thy could not possibly have learned anything about you from this day. They then call you in one by one X factor style to tell you whether you’re successful or not. I found this patronising and a little humiliating! They kept on changing their mind how they would run the day too, which showed a real lack of organisation. I had
originally really wanted to work here but I am so disappointed by this process and think it says a lot about the company if this is how they believe they will get the best people.
