Unfortunately, the experience after that was quite disappointing. There was no response to calls or emails for nearly three weeks, despite multiple follow-ups. The only update I received was a generic automated rejection email, with no feedback or acknowledgment of the earlier discussions.
Such gaps in communication reflect poorly on the candidate experience. Clear and timely updates would go a long way in building trust and professionalism in the hiring process.
