Got call & scheduled through consultancy for an telephonic for 1 st round. Got call from consultancy that and she scheduled face to face on Saturday. I went there on time asked me to enter details in their excel sheet in one of the computer over there. After that they given me paper and asking me to write all the details regarding academics,job carrier & salary details. No idea why they took everything in written on hard paper & excel sheet even after we shared the resume.
I waited for 1 more hour and no one bother about me & I called consultant person and asked her to follow up. After 15 mnts one lady over there took my 2nd technical round and she introduced her self as HR Manager and tried to ask some technical question in which she is not confident.
After this i felt that my whole day got wasted. If it the case i dont know why they passed the 1st round & why they ask me to come over there for face to face & why they took such irresponsible 2 nd round & asking me to leave for the day.
The only mistake i did was i didnt read the reviews correctly about this company before commiting.
