I was contacted quickly and set up a phone screen easily. It seemed to go well and we set up the next interview for the following week. But then I never received confirmation of the 2nd interview and the recuriter stopped responding to my outreach. In fairness, there apparently was brand new leadership in the Sales department. But essentially I was ghosted - very unprofessional.
