After applying for a Director level position, was contacted about a different sales engineer position. After several interviews, I concluded the position would not be a good fit, and wrote them to withdraw from consideration. After 1-2 months, the CEO reached back out and told me they had another position they'd like to consider me for, which aligned much better with my career path and goals, and was essentially exactly what I told them I was looking for initially. We had a couple more interviews, then they invited me to Amsterdam (for multiple unpaid days in their office, with extremely vague explanations about what was going to be expected from me during this time).
Booking travel was the most dysfunctional and frustrating travel planning experience I've had in over 25 years. Breachlock's travel policies and allowances are antiquated and insulting. Once I arrived at the shared space office, I was put in a conference room, asked to perform exercises for the role that I had already told them I wasn't interested in, then stuck on a zoom call with another employee. After completing the exercise anyway, I was left alone in the conference room for over an hour with no guidance or task, before the COO came back and said we were going to wrap up for the day.
