One round screening with HR One round with Engineering Director, talking topics are all over the place, asking tech, asking behaviour question, and asking really details about my current job stack. And some questions may really make me think that they are the issue the company facing right now and not sure about the solutions so to get a free consultation. Then 3 hour take home assignment, get it done. Then another totally same type of round with the director and another dont-give-a-sh*t attitude team member, keep asking questions were already been asked and not a review of the 3 hour work during the weekend?!
