After submitting my resume, references and cover letter, I was invited to an interview with two key personnel in Breck's IT department, including the primary systems administrator whom the position was answerable to. After a productive 90-minute back-and-forth with the two that was as much a friendly chat as an on-point interview, we shook hands and that was that. I thought everything went well, but ultimately the job went to someone else. They won't call you back - you must take the initiative. The place seemed pretty buttoned-up, but it is an elite private school after all.
