Lengthier than necessary based on the role / team size (virtual interview, in person interview with same two people followed up by virtual re-interview with a director). Felt relatively poorly organised, communication not fantastic throughout and took a long time to get an offer in place - by which time i'd received an offer from an alternate business. Breedon have a lot of potential as an employer, their growth and trajectory is promising, however the entire process was quite chaotic and poorly structured which was very off-putting.
