      I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brevo (Noida) in Dec 2020

      Not a company for talented people, because they can't weigh the worth of them. They will waste your time in interviews and reject you on basis of salary expectations. If you know your worth, clear your expectations at the beginning of your interview process

      Question 1

      Everything was going positive and I cleared all the rounds with good feedback. Now, when the time came to discuss the salary expectations, it was as usual where HR asked me about my current salary documents etc etc. After that, the HR never contacted me for 1.5 weeks and it was me following them about the status of offer. After so much of pain I took to contact the HR, finally the HR replied that they didn't get the approval for Salary from the CTO. The funny part is, the CTO took my interview and he had good reviews about my interview and he himself is not willing to approve the Salary expectation as it's going out of there budget. Point is, they wasted a lot of time and energy and at the end of the day they rejected for a reason that should be discussed up front before the interview process started. Some feedback for SendInBlue -> Be clear on the salary part especially about your budget before you indulge any candidate in the interview process. -> Be professional, and communicate with the candidate about the status of his candidature.
