Just be good in your basics I depth.

Interview
3 rounds , 1st round javascript, 2nd round reactjs machine coding implement accordion reusable component using reactjs. Component performance was also kept in mind while developing that component 3rd round implement pub sub pattern using javascript.

Interview
In total I had 3 rounds of technical interviews, followed by HR rounds which mainly included salary negotiations.
Overall, the tech interviewers were very friendly and supportive throughout the process.
Post the final technical round, there was no communication for a week or so. After which, I initiated the salary discussion with HR. The discussion was quite fruitful (thats what I thought) at the moment, she told me my feedback was good and asked me how much was my current CTC, what was I expecting, to which she responded that the expectation was well within the budget. A few days later, to my shock, the offer that I finally got was much less than what we had discussed in the call! On asking about it, the HR now told me that I was not that good a candidate (this hadn't popped up in the previous discussions), and they could offer only this much. This flip in feedback was a bit hard to digest.
Hence, I had to decline the offer.
