I was hired as a barista when I started out. The owner conducted the interview and it was very formal yet casual. This reflects the atmosphere of the work environment. Everyone works hard and we celebrate hard as a team.

Interview
A meeting with either the assistant GM, the GM or the owner of the store. They ask a few questions before giving a brief walkthrough of the cafe. They follow back within a week or put you on the schedule for training that same week.
