The process was relatively straight forward and smooth. I was originally recruited by the company and so there was very little wait time on my end (I think it took about 2 - 3 weeks from start to finish). Before the start of the interview the recruiter reached out with a detailed explanation of the people I would be speaking with and the purpose. I found it very clear and strait-forward (which is actually something that I think the company is very good at in general). The process had relatively few technical components to the interview but that is mainly because of the nebulous nature of the specific position I was hired for. So I can't speak to that question too much.
