I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bridge Partners (United Kingdom) (Cambridge, England)
Interview
The process was relaxing, professional and well structured; split into two stages. The first stage was more CV-based, 1-2 face to face. The second stage being split into a couple of technical tasks and a face to face interview. They made me feel relaxed, explained everything, plenty of opportunity for questions (several were answered before I could ask!). And, they were very quick with getting back to me after each stage. I couldn't fault the process, probably the best interview process I've been through.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bridge Partners (United Kingdom) (Cambridge, England) in Feb 2020
Interview
The whole interview process was highly professional, very well organised and executed. They made you felt as comfortable and relaxed as much as possible. They wanted to get to know you as a person and that to me said a lot about the company. They kept to their words when they would get back to you so you were not left wondering what was going on.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bridge Partners (United Kingdom) (Cambridge, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
Uncomfortable, intimidating and difficult to focus.
Interviewer was not reassuring at all, did not ease any tentions as he seemed not to notice candidate was nervous and uncomfortable.
Out of the many interviews I have attended in my life, nearly all interviewers are trained to be reassuring and you can break ice successfully with them and both parties are less tense. This never happened at this interview.
