It was definitely a marathon, not a sprint. I applied in mid-February, didn't have phone screen with the recruiter until mid-March, phone interview was conducted with one hiring manager in late-March, video interview was conducted with another hiring manager and the director in early-April (due to my location) and I finally received the rejection phone call from the recruiter 2 weeks later. Originally, 3 positions were to be filled (due to openings related to company divisions relocating to Nashville), but during the video interview, director stated only 2 positions would be filled. On top of that, while the hiring managers seemed to be impressed, the director made it clear based on the way she conducted the video interview that I wasn't the candidate she was looking for. As far as interview questions, there was no structured script followed. Everyone involved in the process asked a mix of technical and behavioral questions as they reviewed my resume.
