Interview
I interviewed once with the professor. He asked more about motivation/leadership qualities. Interview with a current employee with a simple coding question, just to see if I had basic problem-solving skills.
Very easy process, lots of opportunities it was a great job and probably the best pay for an on campus job. I really enjoyed it and it provided me with a lot of experience.
2 interviews pretty straightforward, behavioral and interests, mainly future interests. Why the position, could you handle working at such and such environment? How many hours a week you could work for? Would it interfere with your classes?
