Application, Phone interview with recruiting person, information sent to childcare center you apply, contacted by that center, interview ( with questions about types of things that could happen at the center and what you would do.), if interested for you to work there 2nd interview in class room.

Pretty typical questions about how you would manage a class or situation with students or parents. They also observe you in a classroom environment and observe how you interact with the children around you.
