Initial interview was good but I would suggest you avoid, Brightdrop lacks strategy, so you can be in or out of the company at any time, processes are not defined at all, loyalty seems out the window, if your seeking security before payment then trust me Brightdrop is not the company your looking for, Management is in a storm as always lacking vision, so you might have something today and something else tomorrow within your career, be careful as they might sell you the vision but thats just to get you in nothing more
