Interview
The AI Interview was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The Hiring manager was 30 minutes, and the questions were not standard (e.g., What are you geeking out on right now?). Be prepared for not STAR-type behavioral questions and more general behavior questions that require quick thinking with minimal preparation.
Overall, an odd experience.

Interview
I had a standard initial screening call. The recruiter - Leslie - walked me through the basics of the role and allowed me an opportunity to expand on my career history.
Despite not being moved forward in the process, this was a wonderful call. Leslie made sure our discussion was genuinely relaxed and comfortable, yet thorough and productive.
The interview was also very transparent; Leslie gave a head's up on a gap in my experience which may be a deal-breaker; I really appreciated knowing this outright and having my expectations managed proactively.
Leslie's enthusiasm for the company was infectious, taking my interest level from "mildly interested" to "I really want to be a part of what this company is doing."
And I still do.
