Nothing overtly âtricky,â just the typical âtell me about a time you dealt with an unhappy customer and how did you handle the situation?â type of behavioral questions.
âHow do you prioritize your workload and stay focused/organized with all the tasks you need to complete?â
âHave you ever gone above and beyond your normal job duties to help a customer with a problem?â etc.
Overall most of my interviews felt more like friendly, informal conversations with a lot of good back and forth, and everyone I interviewed with was really nice and left a good impression - which is why I ultimately accepted the offer.
