I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BrightScope (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Met with HR, 3 different execs. ALL different styles. They all required different assistance. Anywhere from constant checking on them and getting their lunches, to just scheduling meetings. They asked very obscure questions. Interview lasted over 2 hours.
Final interview was with CEO who can seem very intimidating. Don't try to brown nose him, I don't think he would like that. Be honest and truthful.
