Only 3-4 Interviews
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brightidea in Feb 2025
Interview
Very traditional, Screening, Hiring Manager, and VP. The process was slow, about 1 interview a week. Very conversational and positive. I enjoyed speaking with everyone and can feel their excitement for the company.

Why Customer Success? How do you prioritize accounts?

Interview
Things started out great! Spoke with a recruiter, moved ahead to chat with the manager and the VP of Success (and really liked everyone!), then...nothing. After three interviews, I'd expect some sort of correspondence letting me know I won't be moving forward. Or, if they were taking a bit longer to make decisions, letting me know that they had other interviews to get through and it might be a week or two before decisions were being made. I know this job market is a bit crazy and many recruiters, managers, etc. are busy, but getting ghosted is rude and unprofessional, especially after three rounds of interviews when the candidate pool is theoretically smaller. Again, really enjoyed everyone I spoke with and I think the product is great, but was left a little disappointed by how the process ended.
