Interview
First you have a phone interview. Then from there they set up an in person interview with the director and a small panel of teachers. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Can you tell us where you are in your teaching career and what you want your near future to look like.
The first step was a phone interview with someone from the corporate office. Following this, there was an actual interview in person at the school, including a tour and speaking to the principal of the location.
