I had a meeting with one of the lead engineers, and it was a really nice conversation, and friendly meeting. I loved it, and loved how transparent everything went. The recruiting manager also was very friendly in answering all my questions.

Weird phone interview - The interviewer was delighted by the fact that he had been working for them for about 3 months and his boss had asked him to conduct the interview, he told me, he didn't what his boss had seen on him because he was not special and there were more people in the department - but he knew that the boss saw something to pick him over the others.Then - he went on telling me his lifetime story about how such a great programmer he was and all the great things he had been doing. Did not ask anything meaningful- In fact I was offended by the fact that the interviewer did not have a clue about the things he was asking. At the end of the interview he told me about all the things that he was concerned about me which surprised me because the interview was all about him not me.
