This process was absurd. I had 7 interviews and spoke with 6 different people. The process took over a month. I was asked to provide writing samples, to undergo a background check and to share 5 references. I was offered $60k for a managerial position with a massive workload, which held a quota and required me to hold my team to a quota. When I asked about what those quotas would be and how they would be derived, my interviewers wouldn't tell me. I was verbally offered the position, only to have them rescind the offer. Massive waste of my time and the company's time.
