I went through 2 rounds of interview where they are asking questions related to basics in Admin,Apex and LWC.Questions are ok but when coming to project based questions they are linking with their project as project work style will be differ from company to company and they are stressing on this. They will project in the way that you are unskilled by their questions which will hurt you directly.Please don't waste time on this because Salesforce concepts usability differs from Project to project and they will think their method is only used globally
