Initial call with senior HR. Normal upsell of the position for a product company. Tech round with a senior manager from development side. Basic questions but failed to grasp in depth design knowledge and hesitant of anything design.the interview is through an AI platform so that’s a red flag. Screen share is a hit and miss. Absolutely bad experience. Ghosted and no reply’s to any emails. Bad hiring ethics but on point for an Indian company. Avoid at all costs unless you want to contribute to free AI training data at your expense.
