Brillstein interview questions

For what is presented as a marquee firm, the place is pretty shabby (though it is likely the power is in the relationships). Everyone is very casually dressed. The HR person is tough - meaning trying to talk you our of a job the whole time. Also, they seem unable to understand how the business is run (beyond staffing desks). A retired agent explained this as the result of HR being the lowest job on the totem pole.... An inside source confirms that there is almost no promotion to the top here so that may be why.
