Group interview. 40+ people, split into smaller groups. We did various activities. The activities weren't important, it was about how you interact with people. There was a huge variety of people there.

Group interview followed by panel interview if successful. They like to see how you interact as a team member and independently. In the group interview you are given scenarios to troubleshoot, and how you resolve it as a team.
In the panel interview it’s a bit more honed in on your abilities to troubleshoot independently.
