Bristol Community College interview questions

The interview included 6 people who read from scripts to ask their questions. I did not learn much about the position which may or may not be actually funded from grant money. They seemed somewhat robotic in their adherence to the scripts. It did not make me want to work there.

The interview process took several months. I applied for this position and after a month and a half I had my first interview with 3 individuals, after another month I was contacted for a finalist interview. Unfortunately, I was never contacted either way after my second interview which is a bit unprofessional. The first interview was more in-depth and straight forward while the second interview was a bit more casual. I was informed this program is going through a lot of changes/challenges and it is pretty obvious they still don’t have a rhythm going.
